Way To Go Kids Class

Way To Go Kids!® is a fun 8-week program of fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle changes. Classes are designed for children ages 9-14 years old. Parents are encouraged to attend classes with their children with 3 additional sessions designed for parents only. Way To Go Kids!® includes: a Way To Go Kids!® notebook, recipes, healthy snacks each week, and meal plans. The fee for the program is $15 per child, $7 per additional child per family. Orientation to the program will be held on Thursday, January 14 from 4:30-5:30 pm in the Birch/Walnut Room at Goshen General Hospital and classes will begin on January 21 from 4:30-6:30 pm. Interested participants can call our office at 574/535-2679 for information on when the next program will run.

Team:Bariatrics - Free Weight Loss Seminar

Explore Team:Bariatrics unique, integrated and multidisciplinary approach to weight loss. Programs include - PositiveLite Medically Managed Weight Loss - Laparoscopic Gastric Banding-LapBand Weight Loss Surgery - Laparoscopic Roux-en-Y Gastric Bypass Weight Loss Surgery. Additionally, a Team:Bariatrics patient will share their weight loss journey with seminar participants.
